一、 配合近期學期結束，清查管控A、C、D棟退宿之博士班單人房(雅房)，以備運用。
In conjunction with the end of the recent semester, we will inventory and control the single rooms (elegant rooms) for doctoral classes in Buildings A, C, and D for use.
二、 考量外籍獎學金學生保障住校、減免住宿費及經濟弱勢等原因，將優先調配至A、C、D棟博士班單人房(雅房)住宿。
Considering reasons such as guaranteed accommodation on campus, exemption of accommodation fees, and economic disadvantage for foreign scholarship students, priority will be given to single rooms (elegant rooms) for doctoral classes in Buildings A, C, and D.
三、 尚未調整換寢之本地生與外籍生(非獎學金學生)，續住B、E棟宿舍原寢室，114年1月以前，遇有A、C、D棟博士班單人房(雅房)空出，即通知遞補(遞補優先順位為外籍生、本地生、高年級、低年級依序通知「依據碩博士班宿舍管理要點第七條相關規定辦理」，如有必要再以抽籤決定)。

五、 114年1月仍未調整至單人博房(雅房)的學生，將安排至空置之寢室住宿，因全學年的中段，住宿人數將會繼續減少，原則上，該寢室將不會安排其他學生入住，可維持單人住宿的狀態到114年8月。
