二、 Considering reasons such as guaranteed accommodation on campus, exemption of accommodation fees, and economic disadvantage for foreign scholarship students, priority will be given to single rooms (elegant rooms) for doctoral classes in Buildings A, C, and D.

三、 Local students and foreign students (non-scholarship students) who have not yet adjusted their dormitories will continue to live in the original dormitories in Buildings B and E. Before January 2025, there were single rooms (elegant rooms) for doctoral classes in Buildings A, C, and D. ) is vacant, a fill-in will be notified (the priority for fill-in will be foreign students, local students, seniors, and juniors in order) and "according to the relevant provisions of Article 7 of the Dormitory Management Points for Master's and Doctoral Classes". If necessary, the decision will be made by drawing lots. ).

四、The number of students in student dormitories will gradually decrease after the peak number of residents in September. The dormitory service center will control the vacant dormitories. Before December 2024, it will only provide accommodation for short-term exchange and internship students, and will not arrange accommodation for degree students.

五、 Students who have not been adjusted to a single room (elegant room) by January 2025 will be arranged to stay in a vacant dormitory. Since the number of dormitories will continue to decrease in the middle of the academic year, in principle, this dormitory will not be available. Arrange other students to move in, and the single-occupancy status can be maintained until August 2025.

六、 From February to August this year, if single rooms (elegant rooms) for doctoral classes in Buildings A, C, and D are vacant, students who have not yet moved into the college will be notified in order to fill in.

七、 The Academic Affairs Office will also assist in finding off-campus rental housing and provide students with reference options.
